Lease Agreement Attestation (Malta — required for some non-EU residence permits)
Some non-EU lessees need a notary-attested lease for their residence permit. Do you accept these lessees? If yes, a badge will appear on your listing. The lessee manages the notary process themselves — RestMalta does not handle this.
Room rental / Colocation details
